"Smiley Cards" cart is available for digital download, but says "gypsy only", but also says it will be available for use in CCR?? Can I use this cart - I don't have a gypsy ?

No. And not every Gypsy owner can use it. Smiley Cards was given to Gypsy owners during a promo in the past. Those who rec'd it during the promo can use the images on both their Gypsy and CCR.
