Here's one of my little elf cards I made:
I welded (w/my Gypsy) leaves for the pointy ears onto the baby head (from Doodlecharms)
and used Paper Doll Dress Up for the hat, mittens and boots.
The "sign" came from Beyond Birthdays. BonnieBlue attached the following image(s):

OMGoodness ... this is so creative. I love the way you have pieced together little bits from various carts to create this delightful little elf, and he really is a cutie ... I need to try this more ... thanx for the inspiration!
