Brand new & not even able to use

I'm sooon frustrated with this line of products right now, I ordered the cricut mini online, & I've been trying for 2 days to do the update of the firmware in order to use it & still can't, I called customer service & they are trying to tell me that the issue is my internet provider, SERIOUSLY!!! Sooo disapointed with this products I would not recommend ANYONE to buy this crap, can you just sent the machines with the actual software updated!!!

Cricut Mini® Personal Electronic Cutter

The Cricut Mini machine can cut a wide variety of materials at a whole host of sizes. Some images are very intricate and will cut best at larger sizes, while simple images can be cut at smaller sizes.
