Retailer Requirements

Any qualified Provo Craft retailer may purchase the Cricut® and Cricut® line products, however; you must have met all requirements outlined in our Provo Craft Domestic Account policy.
Standard minimum orders for current retailers also apply to Cricut® orders.
Your sales of the Cricut® line are limited to those countries in which you have brick and mortar store locations. (proof will be required) All Cricut® line sales to countries where you have not established 1 or more store locations of brick and mortar are strictly prohibited. Selling on any internet auction site is strictly forbidden (ie. EBay, Yahoo etc.)
You must be a “premier” retailer to be able to sell on the internet
You must follow the Minimum Advertised Price Policy. Failure to follow the policy will result in termination as a Cricut® retailer.
All Cricut® logos and images are property of Provo Craft and Novelty Inc. They may be used to promote the sale of the machine and cartridge that is associated with the said image/images, but the use of them in any other way is strictly prohibited. By becoming a retailer, you agree to restrict the use of any Cricut® cartridge image to the marketing/sale of the cartridge that produced it. All retailers must adhere to the guidelines outlined in the Cricut® Style Guide.
Provo Craft is committed to maintaining the quality and warranties of our products and will prosecute to the fullest extent of the law if any infringement should occur through the sale of our products by sellers that jeopardize this commitment.

Authorized Retailer Requirements

You must have completed and returned all required paperwork and proof of brick and mortar qualifier requirements of a retailer.
Your first order must be a minimum of $1,000.00 and be a representation of machines, cartridges, blades, cutting pads and other Cricut® products. (Standard minimum re-orders apply thereafter)
You must follow the Minimum Advertised Price Policy. Failure to follow the policy will result in termination as a Cricut® retailer.
You must carry a representation of paper crafting supplies in your store which will be defined as paper, adhesives, embellishments etc.
Your sales of the Cricut® line are limited to those countries in which you have brick and mortar store locations. (proof will be required) All Cricut® line sales to countries where you have not established 1 or more store locations of brick and mortar are strictly prohibited.

“PREMIER” Authorized Retailer Requirements

You must meet ALL of the requirements of a retailer and authorized retailer
You must have a minimum opening/initial Cricut® order of 3,000.00 which will be a representation of an assortment of the Cricut® and Cricut® line of products or purchase the Basic Cricut® assortment pack.
We will provide you with a FREE Cricut® demo machine which you must agree to use to demo Cricut® to your customers
Your sales of the Cricut® line are limited to those countries in which you have brick and mortar store locations. (proof will be required) All Cricut® line sales to countries outside those where you have established 1 or more store locations of brick and mortar are strictly prohibited
You must follow the minimum advertised Price policy. Failure to follow the policy will result in termination as a Cricut® retailer.
There will be no internet advertising or sales of Cricut® prior to November 1, 2005.

Additionally, the marks CRICUT and other marks identifying the Cricut® product/services are owned by Provo Craft and may not be used in connection with any other product or service or in any manner that is not approved in writing by Provo Craft (via electronic or hard copy signature) Furthermore, our Cricut® Personal Electronic Cutter has a pending patent to assist us in protecting the integrity of this fine crafting product. Any unauthorized sale of the Cricut® will be considered a trademark and potential patent violation and will be treated as such.

HOW DO I SIGN UP

If you would like to become a retailer, authorized retailer or premier retailer for our Cricut® product line you will need to contact your Provo Craft Sales Representative or a Provo Craft Customer Care specialist at 1-801-794-9000. WE will get the necessary paperwork out to you for completion and return.

By completing the necessary paperwork and placing your order for Cricut® line products you are stating that you have read and understand the aforementioned requirements and MAP policy and that you fully understand the ramification of violating them.

Additionally, if we should determine any violation to requirements and/or policies we will reserve the right to immediately cease any and all shipments of Cricut® products ordered by the offender.
